Damp and mould is another problem in unoccupied homes we as key holders will vent the property regularly and close down the property draining the water system or setting heating systems to frost control mode in order to help prevent your next visit turning into a nightmare rather than a holiday.

We can carry out a barn, attic or house clearance service for you. Remove rubbish, old furniture or just clear the property ready for renovation or occupancy. We have a tipping trailer that makes visits to the nearest dump a better option than the back of your car!
A friend wants to use your house...
Their flight departs France at 6 am and how are they going to wash the sheets and clean up at that time in the morning? The answer could be for you to employ us a 'gite' changeover service. We offer either a regular service throughout the season or for just the one off requirement.

Do you want to arrive ready to start your relaxing French holiday or spend days cleaning up or cutting that 2 metre high grass? We can clean top to bottom, remove the spiders and flies, so that you will find the place in perfect condition to spend your valuable time enjoying France. Or at the end of the season we will again completely clean and shut the property down until the following year for you. Whatever your requirements, we can offer a one off service or regular attendance we would be happy to help.
